How do I reset my password?
You should be able to reset your password using the link on the login page. If that does not work please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will reset your password for you.
Where are my courses located?
You can find your courses in the “My Account” page in the navigation menu. All of your courses that you enrolled in, as well as those assigned to you, should be accessible there.
How do I download my certificates?
You can download certificates only if they are assigned to the course. Not all courses have certificates. If they do, you will see those in the “My Account” page located in the navigation menu.
